Physical gift cards are sent via USPS first-class mail. For expected arrival by Christmas, we recommend placing your order by December 14th. Virtual Gift Cards are available instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For orders intended as a Christmas gift, we recommend selecting Virtual Gift Cards after December 15th.

*Purchase $100 worth of gift cards, virtual or plastic, & receive a $20 Complimenti Card. $20 Complimenti Cards can be redeemed at any Il Fornaio, Canaletto Las Vegas, or Osteria Santa Monica 1/1/24-3/31/24. Gift card purchases that qualify for Complimenti Cards cannot be redeemed the same day purchased.

For physical gift card purchases, $20 Complimenti Cards will be sent to the recipient’s mailing address with the $100 gift card. To redeem a $20 Complimenti Card, please present the card to your restaurant server.

For virtual gift card purchases, $20 Virtual Complimenti Cards will be sent to the purchaser’s email address. If you are sending a virtual gift card to a recipient and would like them to also have the $20 Virtual Complimenti Card to use, please forward the $20 Complimenti Card to them. To redeem a virtual gift card, please present the gift card code received via email to your restaurant server.

Please note: In California, Il Fornaio gift cards with balances under $10 are redeemable for cash.
